Thank you for joining us for Portland's first St. Catherine's Day event!
Looking forward to next year!
This fall we invite you to join us for Portland’s first St. Catherine’s Day celebration. Originated in France, single women would gather together wearing their best hats and parade to the local St. Catherine statue to let the world know they are both fabulous and available.
In partnership with the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon and SW Washington, we have created Portland’s version of St. Catherine’s Day, a tasting event that showcases the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and local female leaders in the food and beverage industry. We have partnered with Oregon’s most respected women chefs, winemakers, brewers, distillers and farmers to create a one of a kind event worthy of a pilgrimage. This celebration of community and women in the culinary industry, provides an opportunity to spread awareness of Ovarian Cancer.
The event will begin at 2pm with a cocktail hour at the Hotel Jupiter after which a short march starting at 3:30 pm, will leave from the hotel and lead guests to both venues. Each venue will feature curated tastings of food and beverage pairings that highlight the abundance of fall from Oregon’s most valued farms. We invite you to join us and enjoy the refined tastes from some of Portland’s finest, while benefiting the Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
